Problem
Premises verification can add friction to a loan journey when customers are unsure what evidence to provide or struggle with capture, permissions, and connectivity.
Insight
Evidence needs to be current, relevant, associated with the place, and usable. More photos do not automatically mean better verification.
Execution
Designed a guided journey through consent, readiness, capture, review, and outcome. The concept uses minimal physical proof, accommodates salaried and self-employed contexts, and provides camera, location, and network recovery paths.
The rollout proposal moves from shadow evaluation to automatic passing and then scaling, with additional checks where evidence is weak.
Impact
This is a design concept. Completion, first-attempt success, time, and risk-operations load are proposed evaluation metrics. Manual-review targets in the deck are aspirations, not achieved outcomes.
